A "local" Board of Directors and a "local" General Manager guarantees our Principals the immediate and preferential access to the business, governmental and operational contacts essential in making a Principal's interests grow. We know them and they know us. Furthermore, both the ownership and the management of the Agency are "on location" in Panama guaranteeing that the business is serving our customers in the most efficient and effective possible way.
Our management is active in the local and international community participating in many local institutions which allows our group to cover all market segments and to stay abreast of all economic and political developments. We are members of Panama's Chamber of Shipping, the Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, the German Chamber of Commerce, Panama Airline Association and other community service organizations.

He graduated with a Computer Science title in Florida State University, USA in 1985.
In 1989, he started his career in the maritime field working for Hapag-Lloyd in Hamburg and then returned to Panama to join his family business: Agencias Continental. In 1993, he returned to Germany as an apprentice in the Freight Forwarding area with LexzauScharbau& Co.
In 2005 he continued his education and received following MBA's titles in 2007:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2011 specialized in Taxes and Business Administration. Graduated in Bilingual Accounting from the University of Panama (2010) and successfully achieved an MBA at the American University (2015).
She is also an active member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Panama where she attends courses and seminars.
